The role is 16.25 hours, made up of 1x weekend shift and 1x weekday evening . You will also cover all UK Bank Holidays when rostered. The holiday allowance is 12 days, made up of 6 weekends and 6 weekdays. High speed and reliable internet is essential as the role is 100% home-based.

You might be perfect for the role if

• Minimum of 2 years as a travel consultant
• Experience in GDS - Amadeus
• Extensive industry and travel knowledge
• Extensive fares knowledge
• A strong customer focus and service ethic
• Positive and open-minded attitude with a willingness to adapt
