EMEA VAS & Inventory Manager (Hybrid)

Deckers Brands is seeking an Associate VAS Manager (Distribution) to oversee Value Added Services for the EMEA region. You will manage sub-inventories, govern VAS processes, and drive data-driven improvements across European Distribution Centres in collaboration with DCs, IT, Finance, Customer Service, Sales and logistics partners.

You will develop operational reports and KPIs, lead governance, onboarding, setup, and issue resolution for VAS, and ensure data integrity across the supply chain
