EMEA Senior Manager, Professional Services (Hybrid)

SOTI is seeking a Senior Manager, Professional Services to lead the Enterprise Services and Professional Services footprint in EMEA from Solihull. You will oversee four teams across delivery, TAMs, and regional operations, ensuring delivery on time, on scope, and with strong customer outcomes.

You will own the commercial performance including revenue, bookings, margin, and utilization, collaborate with Sales on scoping and SOWs, and drive continuous improvement of delivery models and governance.
