We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Regional Account Director to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation throughout the EMEA region of one of our key Global Strategic Accounts.

Main Responsibilities- Strategic Client Relationship Management Serve as the primary, trusted strategic partner to the client's EMEA Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS) food team, ensuring Sodexo's delivery aligns with the client's evolving workplace strategies.
- Regional Operational Excellence Oversee the operational performance of all food spaces across multiple EMEA countries, ensuring flawless execution, strict compliance with food safety, and the highest standards of culinary quality.
- Financial Stewardship & Growth Own the P&L for the EMEA region. Drive financial discipline, optimize operational efficiencies, manage large scale budgets, and identify opportunities for sustainable commercial growth and innovation.
- Inclusive Hospitality & Community UX Champion a user centric hospitality framework that transforms traditional corporate dining into inclusive, community building spaces, ensuring food experiences adapt seamlessly to the diverse cultural expectations of employees across EMEA.
- Innovation & Sustainability Leadership Champion the client's commitment to sustainability (e.g., waste reduction, plant forward menus, circular economy) and integrate innovative food technology and trends into daily operations.
- People & Culture Development Lead, inspire, and mentor a diverse team of country managers, chefs, and operational leaders across the region. Foster an inclusive, high performing culture that reflects the client's dynamic environment.
- Data Driven Performance Utilize analytics and user feedback to continuously iterate on food offerings, space design, and service delivery, ensuring measurable increases in employee satisfaction.
- Experience: Multi-country leadership experience in contract catering, luxury hospitality, or corporate workplace services, specifically managing large scale, multi-site regional portfolios.
- Cultural Fit: An entrepreneurial mindset with ability to be agile, innovative, user-focused, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
- Leadership Style: A collaborative, inclusive, and charismatic leader who excels at managing cross functional, multicultural teams across different geographies and time zones.
- Commercial & Analytical Acumen: Strong financial mastery of complex, multi million euro regional budgets (P&L management), and a proven record of data driven decision making.
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills, with the ability to influence senior C suite clients and frontline staff alike.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's or MBA preferred).
