Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and deadline-driven Payroll Specialist with solid experience in SAP SuccessFactors and Workday (or similar HRIS systems) to join our international HR Operations team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of payroll data for submission to our outsourced payroll partners across multiple market locations.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and validate monthly payroll data for multiple countries before submission to external payroll providers
- Collaborate closely with outsourced payroll vendors to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Partner with the Rewards/Compensation team to apply salary changes, bonuses, and other compensation adjustments
- Work alongside the HRIS/Tech team on system improvements and automation initiatives
- Monitor local payroll deadlines and ensure all activities are completed on time and in compliance with local laws
- Assist with audits and reporting requirements, maintaining high standards of confidentiality and data accuracy
- Serve as the first point of contact for payroll queries from employees and internal stakeholders
Skillset and Experience required
- 3+ years of payroll experience, preferably in a multinational environment
- Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar HRIS/payroll platforms
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, data integrity, and compliance in a multi-country setting
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish (verbal & written)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with high attention to detail
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Tech, and external vendors
Preferred Skills
- Experience with continuous process improvement or automation projects
- Familiarity with labor regulations across multiple countries
- Background in HR operations or rewards administration is a plus
