EMEA Payroll Lead - Remote Possible, Equity

Via is on a mission to modernize public transportation by turning siloed systems into smart, data-driven networks. We're seeking a Payroll Lead EMEA to own the end-to-end payroll for 1,400+ employees across the region, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processing.

You'll lead payroll for Germany and guide Payroll Managers across Israel and the rest of Europe, collaborating with Finance, People, and Operations to strengthen processes and support scalable growth.
