EMEA IP Counsel: Protect, Strategize & License

DS Smith is seeking an Intellectual Property Counsel - EMEA to take responsibility for managing the company's IP portfolio across the EMEA region, protecting patents, designs, trademarks, and trade secrets while guiding strategy and governance.

You will collaborate with R&D, engineering, and commercial teams, draft and negotiate IP clauses in deals, supervise an IP Paralegal, and report to the Chief Counsel. Hybrid role based in London with international scope.
