EMEA IP Counsel - Protect & Propel Innovation

DS Smith is seeking an Intellectual Property Counsel - EMEA to manage the IP portfolio across the region, coordinating with inventors, R&D and external advisers, while guiding governance and commercial strategy. You will safeguard patents, designs, trademarks, trade secrets, and domain names globally and oversee an IP Paralegal.

The role reports to the Chief Counsel and offers autonomy in shaping IP governance within a sustainable, innovation-led manufacturing business. Hybrid London role.
