EMEA HR Business Partner - Strategy, Leadership & Change

Extreme Networks is seeking a Sr. HR Business Partner to lead leadership consulting, employee relations, and talent initiatives across a matrix organization.

The role collaborates with senior leadership, client groups, and the global HR team to drive HR initiatives and organizational development. The candidate should bring deep HR expertise, with strong knowledge of EMEA employment law, experience with German works councils, and fluency in English; German is an advantage.
