EMEA Growth Lead - ABM & Field Marketing

Omni is seeking a Growth Manager to own field and ABM programs across EMEA, building in-person and ABM initiatives that drive pipeline and accelerate growth. You will plan and run the regional field calendar, partnering with sales, BDRs, and partnerships to engage target accounts at the right buying stage.

You'll collaborate with the Global Events team on flagship events, and be measured on pipeline and ROI. This hybrid Dublin-based role reports to the Head of Growth Marketing, EMEA.
