EMEA Employee Relations Lead - Investigations & Compliance

Clio is seeking an experienced Employee Relations expert to lead EMEA ER across Spain, UK, Ireland, and beyond. You will own end-to-end ER matters, conduct thorough investigations, and advise leaders on disciplinary and performance processes within local laws.

This role emphasizes strong collaboration with legal and People Partners, governing compliance programs and engaging with employee representatives, unions, and works councils as needed.
