EMEA Customer Success Manager - Lead Enterprise Growth

CreatorIQ, the operating system for creator led growth, is hiring a Manager, Customer Success in London. You will lead a small team, drive strategic customer engagements with enterprise clients, and partner with Sales, Product, and Support to ensure retention and expansion.

Hybrid work with travel across EMEA is required. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in enterprise CS with leadership experience, strong CRM and forecasting skills, and a customer first mindset.
