EMEA Corporate Counsel: Remote SaaS & Tech Contracts

JDA Software is looking for a Corporate Counsel to support its growing EMEA business. The role requires a qualified lawyer with 2-5 years of experience to draft and negotiate a range of commercial contracts including SaaS and licensing agreements.

This position involves partnering with various teams to balance legal risk and business objectives while advising on GDPR compliance and enhancing internal legal processes. Fluency in English is essential, additional European languages are advantageous.
