EMEA Commercial Counsel - AI SaaS Contracts (Hybrid)

Harvey is seeking a Commercial Counsel to join our legal team in Dublin. You will draft, review, and negotiate Commercial AI SaaS contracts and help establish a strong legal function across the EMEA region, reporting to the Head of EMEA Legal in London.

The role offers a hybrid work model (3 days in the office per week) and opportunities to work with a fast-growing, generative AI-focused company serving top law firms and professional services.
