EMEA AI Native Regional Director - Lead New-Logo Growth

MongoDB is launching an EMEA AI Natives team and seeks a Regional Director, AI Native to build and lead an initial team of five Acquisition reps across EMEA. Based in London for hybrid work, you will own strategy, hiring, development, execution and results.

You will recruit, onboard, coach, and develop a high-performing AI Native acquisition team, define territory plans, and drive a data-driven go-to-market for AI-native companies. This is a leadership role with regional impact.
