EMEA ADR Leader - Enterprise Sales (Hybrid)

Kong is seeking an ADR Leader to build and lead the Enterprise Sales Development team for EMEA from our central London office, with a hybrid schedule 2-3 days in person and the rest remote.

As ADR Leader, you will shape the SDR function, coach for excellence, own talent pipelines, and drive pipeline and forecasting discipline across the EMEA region, reporting to the leadership team and partnering with Marketing, RevOps and Enablement.
