Are you an experienced test engineer specialising in EMC within electronic or electrical systems? Our client, a leading defence organisation based in Bristol, is seeking a dedicated EMC Test Engineer to join their innovative team on a permanent basis.

You'll work closely with a skilled team, performing EMC tests in line with Defence Standards, utilising Compliance 5 and EMC 32 software, and producing comprehensive test reports.

EMC Test Engineer key responsibilities:

• Conducting EMC tests at company laboratories aligned with project test plans
• Supporting risk reduction and qualification testing activities
• Ensuring compliance with relevant EMC standards, including defence specifications
• Documenting test procedures and outcomes clearly and accurately

As the ideal candidate, you will have:

• Experience in EMC testing to Defence Standards
• Proficiency with Compliance 5 and EMC 32 software
• Strong background in electronics, electrical engineering, physics or related fields
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work autonomously
