Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Embedded Systems Project Manager. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day tasks involved in the development and implementation of embedded systems projects. This is an on-site role, located in Massalfassar.

What will you do in your day-to-day activities?

• Interact with clients to develop project specifications, accompanying Versa Design's sales team on commercial prospecting visits and providing technical support.
• Prepare budgets for electronic product development engineering, coordinating the different quoted tasks with the heads of the Hardware, Software, and Mechanical areas.
• Plan delivery dates for the different milestones of the offered projects with clients.
• Monitor project execution, holding periodic meetings with clients and the engineering team.
• Achieve project completion within the dates agreed with clients.
• Coordinate with the client's product managers to conduct electromagnetic compatibility and electrical safety tests.
• Ensure the project is ready for production by providing the necessary tools and knowledge to the production area to manufacture the designs.
• Formalize project closure with clients.
• Track the financial aspects of engineering project billing and ensure that milestones are billed on time and in the correct manner.

Additionally valued:

• Having experience in managing electronic product projects (IoT, embedded systems).
• Having project management certifications (PMP, SCRUM, PRINCE2, etc).
• Version control tools (SVN or GIT).
• Project management tools (Jira, Kanboard).
• Languages, particularly English.
