Job Description: Embedded Engineer

Location: Antwerp, Belgium

Duration: 6 months (Freelance)

Work Schedule: 2 days per week on-site, 3 days remote

Source Technoloy are seeking an experienced Embedded Engineer with expertise in Yocto build systems for a freelance project. The role involves working on embedded software development for a range of products, configuring and customizing Yocto builds, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain embedded software for Linux-based platforms.
• Configure and customize Yocto build systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration and build issues.
• Collaborate with hardware and software teams for system improvements.
• Document technical processes and solutions.

Key Requirements:

• Strong experience with Yocto build systems and embedded Linux.
• Proficiency in C/C++ programming.
• Experience with embedded hardware debugging.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English.
