About the RoleWe have an exciting opportunity for an Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. Reporting to the Email Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing email communication plans across the 50 markets of the EMEA region, coordinating with multiple departments including Design, Ecommerce, Web Production, Brand Marketing, Retail Marketing, and colleagues in North America.
Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end campaign and content briefs for various email campaign types, working with stakeholders such as Buyers, Creative, Ecommerce, and Trade teams.
- Design and optimize business processes for BAU marketing emails, ensuring quality control and local language nuances are considered.
- Analyze campaign results weekly, providing insights and suggestions for improvement.
- Drive content personalization and automation using the Dynamic Yield platform, setting up and testing rules and logic.
- Collaborate with CRM and Analytics teams to review audience segmentation and targeting strategies.
- Produce weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and competitor activities, bringing innovative ideas.
- Manage the ESP, Oracle Responsys.
- At least 2 years of experience in email marketing, preferably in fashion retail.
- Experience with ESPs, ideally Oracle Responsys.
- Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe.
- Strong understanding of email KPIs and ability to derive insights.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to coordinate approvals efficiently.
- Knowledge of audience segmentation and targeting for personalization.
- Hands-on experience with Dynamic Yield or similar platforms.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a can-do attitude.
- Advanced PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
