Email Marketing Specialist

Our client is a major trade union federation based in Belgium. Known for advocating workers' rights and promoting social fairness, the organisation plays a pivotal role in shaping Belgian labour dialogue and policy. They are now seeking a freelance Selligent Marketing Automation Specialist to boost their marketing automation team during a critical transition period. You'll be stepping in during the absence of key team members, working hands-on .

What you will be doing:

• Set up and support marketing campaigns and mass mailings using Selligent Campaigner and Marigold Engage
• Offer technical assistance for segmentation strategies and dynamic campaign configurations
• Create and update email templates using HTML and CSS
• Optimise customer journeys and batch data import processes

What you bring:

• A drive to grow your expertise in marketing automation within the trade union sector
• Solid experience with Selligent Campaigner and/or Marigold Engage
• A strong technical foundation in email automation, segmentation, and mass mailings
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS for email development
• Experience with SQL and batch data processing
• Clear communication and an eagerness to mentor colleagues are highly valued
• Languages: Dutch/English or French/English fluency required. Analyses are typically in Dutch or French, while documentation is primarily in English
