ELTIF & Private Markets Compliance Director

Intermediate Capital Group is looking for an Investment Compliance Director to provide second line compliance oversight for private markets strategies in London or Luxembourg. The role will involve collaboration with investment teams and external partners, ensuring compliance with ELTIF, AIFMD, and MiFID II requirements. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a compliance role within asset management, strong communication skills, and fluency in English. This position is a permanent, full-time contract.
