Electronics Team Lead - Hybrid role in Defence/Maritime

Owen Daniels in Barnstaple is partnering with a leading engineering organisation to appoint an Electronics Team Lead. You will lead the design and development of electrical and electronic systems across the full product lifecycle.

You will mentor engineers, manage team resources, and collaborate with Mechanical, Systems, Software and Manufacturing teams to deliver complex engineering solutions while remaining hands-on in electronics design.
