Electronic Technician

For our client, a market leader, we are looking for a temporary assignment for an Electronics Technician. The Electronics Technician is at the heart of performance, reliability, and continuous improvement. With a background in electronics, they participate in production, testing, troubleshooting, and product analysis, while also playing an active role in after-sales service, technical support, and customer relations.Electronics Technician (M/F)Your main missions will be to: Production, Testing, & Products- Participate in the production of products.- Carry out tests and inspections of electronic circuits and equipment.- Help improve protocols aimed at anticipating potential failures and reducing customer returns.- Participate in product phases before production or stock. Troubleshooting & Electronic Maintenance- Diagnose and repair circuits, components, and electronic boards.- Identify root causes of failures, propose corrective actions and designs.- Document each intervention clearly and usefully for R&D, production, and after-sales service teams. Technical Support, After-Sales Service & Customer- Be able to provide technical support to partners and customers, manage customer failures.- Use a ticketing tool (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Jira Service Management, or similar) to ensure traceability of interventions.- Play a key role in after-sales service, analyze recurring incidents, propose internal solutions.- Work closely with R&D, production, and quality teams.- Participate in technical feedback to improve electronic designs and CFC processes. Qualifications- Engineering technician or technician in electronics. Experience- Minimum 2 years in electronics (Production, After-Sales/Quality, or testing).- Experience in production, testing, or after-sales service. Technical Skills- Reading schematics, diagnostics, soldering, testing, and measurements.- Skills in both analog and digital electronics.- Proficient with diagnostic tools (oscilloscope, multimeter, analyzers ). Cross-Functional Skills- Autonomy, rigorous documentation.- Strong sense of customer service and ability to simplify technical problems.- Curiosity for continuous improvement and product quality.- Ability to use tools/processes (ticketing, reporting, after-sales monitoring).
