Electromechanical Build Engineer - 4 Week Contract

London Circa £400/day Start Monday

Immediate requirement for a hands-on Electromechanical Build Engineer to join an innovative engineering business for an initial 4-week contract.

The design and BOM are already in place, with a Senior Engineer there to support you. Your job is simple: get it built, tested and working.

You'll need to be confident with:

• Electrical and electromechanical assembly

• Crimping, soldering and wiring

• Riveting and mechanical assembly

• Motors, sensors, connectors and electrical components

• Working accurately from drawings and BOMs

• Using hand tools and carrying out practical mechanical build work

• Testing, fault finding and resolving build issues

You'll ideally be electrically biased, but comfortable handling the mechanical side of the build too.

This isn't a design role. We need someone practical, capable and hands-on who can pick up an established design and get stuck straight into the build.
