Electricity Connections Customer Advisor

SSE plc in Havant is seeking a Customer Service Advisor on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will support customers applying for new electricity connections or changes to the network, handling calls and emails, and guiding them through the end-to-end process with clear updates.

You'll work in the Connections Application team to deliver a smooth, positive experience. Prior customer service experience is essential; you should be customer-focused, enjoy problem solving, and be eager to learn.
