Overview

We're recruiting for an experienced Electrical Team Lead to join a leading facilities management provider on a long term static site in Hull. This is a hands on role combining electrical maintenance with day to day team leadership, ideal for someone who enjoys being both technically involved and responsible for supporting others on site.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 3:30pm
1 week in 4: 10:00am - 6:00pm

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive electrical works
• Fault finding and repairing electrical systems
• Supporting and overseeing a small team of engineers on site
• Ensuring compliance checks and documentation are completed correctly
• Acting as a technical lead and point of contact on site
• Assisting with work planning and task allocation

Role Breakdown

Approximately 75% hands on engineering and 25% supervisory duties.

About the Site

Static site role with a team of 4 engineers. On site parking available. Stable long term contract environment.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• Strong electrical maintenance experience in commercial or industrial environments
• Previous supervisory or team lead experience is desirable
