Job Description

Role:Electrical Shift LeadHours: Continental Shift 7-7Rate: £26-£28ph Temp2Perm - £53.5k per annum + £1.5k AP Bonus Location: City of LondonClient: World Leading FM Provider

The site is a high end commercial banking space which is in operation for the client as their central hub London. The size of the team is around 10 engineers across the site all working on alternate shift patterns.

Ideally if you have experience on critical sites such as a Data centre or Banking environment this will be extremely beneficial for the client and yourself.

As The Electrical Lead Engineer Your Duties Will Be:

  • Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs) & Reactive Maintenance
  • Light replacements, emergency light testing, fire alarm testing, minor repairs, changing filters on AHU's,FCU's and other general building service maintenance duties.
  • BMS management.
  • Generator and UPS system maintenance.

Qualifications needed: (1 of)

  • Level 3 C&G/NVQ
  • 18th Edition
  • AM1/AM2 (Desired)
  • HVAP (Desired)
