Due to continued expansion, our client is seeking an Electrical Quantity Surveyor to work on multiple infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare internal and client cost/commercial reports.
• Produce valuations and payment applications with full documentation.
• Manage subcontract and material procurement schedules.
• Administer subcontractor/supplier accounts and finalise accounts.
• Handle contract administration, change management, and registers.
• Identify and manage risks, opportunities, and cost savings.
• Maintain accurate site records and WBS structures.
• Support cost-to-complete and risk analysis reporting.
• Prepare change events, EOT claims, and final accounts.
• Measure quantities per standard methods.
• Maintain strong client relationships.
• Maximise cash flow, WIP control, and margin improvement.
• Carry out other duties as required by line manager.

Requirements

• Commercially astute with strong knowledge of standard contracts and measurement methods.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
• Skilled communicator with negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Experienced in managing subcontractors and M&E packages.
• Capable of estimating M&E tenders from first principles.
• Proven track record in delivering electrical installation projects.
