Job Description

Hyster-Yale Materials Handling is a global leader in the materials handling industry, designing, engineering, manufacturing, selling, and servicing lift trucks, attachments, and power and technology solutions under the Hyster and Yale brands.

We are seeking an Electrical or Mechanical Engineer to join our Product Support Group in Craigavon. This role involves providing technical support and solving complex issues related to our range of forklift trucks.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (or due to graduate in Summer 2025)
• Experience in troubleshooting, problem solving, or product improvement
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and electrical/hydraulic schematics

Additional Desirable Skills:

• Experience with automotive systems such as CANbus, vehicle sensors, etc.
• Experience working with international customers and cultures

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing technical advice to dealers across EMEA
• Supporting various systems including mechanical, electrical powertrains, electronic and control systems, hydraulics, and telemetry
• Collaborating with design, software engineering, and manufacturing teams on technical issues and new product projects
• Engaging in product improvement activities, root cause analysis, and reviewing engineering drawings
• Occasional travel within EMEA to visit dealers
