Electrical MEP Pre-Construction Lead

Fawkes and Reece is seeking an MEP Pre-Construction Manager - Electrical to lead electrical technical development for pre-construction across fit-out, refurbishment and complex projects. The role focuses on reducing risk, clarifying scope and ensuring clean handovers to delivery teams.

Reporting to the Technical Services Director, you will review designs, coordinate disciplines and support tendering with commercial teams. The role is based in Reading on a hybrid basis with UK project travel.
