Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Job Title: Multi-skilled Electrical Foot Mobile Engineer (On Foot or Van Optional)

Location: Based in Central London (Zones 1 & 2)

Hours of Work: 08:00 - 17:00

Salary: £42,000 - £45,000 per annum, based on qualifications and experience

About the Company

Due to significant growth, our client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Mobile Building Services Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will support Contract Management Teams in delivering top-tier service to clients, primarily in London Zones 1 & 2.

Job Purpose

This role involves working on a foot mobile basis, mainly between zones 1 & 2, performing maintenance and repairs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Perform planned preventive maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs, and fault diagnostics on equipment such as boilers, chillers, and HVAC systems.
2. Utilize tablet technology to log and close PPM and reactive calls, maintaining asset registers and test sheets.
3. Complete detailed work sheets on tablet for additional works identified.
4. Follow maintenance schedules, safe working practices, and method statements, ensuring all paperwork is accurately completed and submitted on time.
5. Adhere to procurement practices as directed by the company.

Qualifications

• Electrical Level 3 - 18th Edition Wiring and Regulations
• PASMA/IPAF - Desirable

Package

• Basic Salary: £43,000 - £45,000
• Overtime: Regular overtime, minimum of 2 Saturdays per month, paid at time and a half
