Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Northampton

My client is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their team in Northampton for a 6-month contract.

Role Overview

The role requires a proactive individual with a strong background in electrical maintenance and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for ensuring the operational efficiency of electrical systems within the facility, carrying out both planned preventive maintenance and reactive repairs. A significant part of your role will involve troubleshooting electrical faults and implementing corrective measures promptly.

Requirements

• 18th Edition certification (essential)
• Previous FM experience (essential)
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Experience in electrical maintenance and repair
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Understanding of health and safety regulations
• Ability to manage time effectively
• Proactive approach to maintenance tasks
• Detail-oriented
• Experience with troubleshooting electrical systems

Compensation

The pay rate is £19.25 per hour PAYE plus holiday pay, or £25.06 per hour through an umbrella company.
