About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual from the Electrical Installation trade to join our training team, delivering high-quality teaching to learners aged 16 and over.

You do not need to be a qualified teacher. Training and support will be provided. What matters is your industry expertise and passion for developing others.

What You'll Need to for the Electrical Trainer role

• Relevant Electrical qualifications (18th Edition, AM2/AM2S, Level 3 Diploma etc.)
• Teaching/assessing qualifications (PTLLS, A1/CAVA, CET/DET) or willingness to work towards them
• Experience supporting apprentices or working in an education/training environment
• Strong communication and IT skills
