An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Engineering Lead to join a leading international engineering consultancy, delivering major data centre and mission-critical projects.

This role offers the opportunity to lead electrical engineering and design across complex projects, overseeing technical solutions from concept through to detailed design and delivery. For suitable candidates, there is also an opportunity to relocate to one of the company's Scandinavian offices.

The Role

The successful Electrical Engineering Lead will take technical ownership of electrical engineering and design for major data centre and mission-critical projects, overseeing electrical systems, calculations, specifications and design documentation from concept through to detailed design and delivery. You will drive design quality, system reliability and multidisciplinary coordination while providing technical guidance to engineers, resolving complex engineering challenges and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and client requirements.

Requirements

Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
Significant experience in electrical building services design and engineering, ideally within data centres or other mission-critical environments.
Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, design calculations, specifications and engineering documentation.
Experience leading electrical design teams and coordinating multidisciplinary engineering projects.
Knowledge of relevant electrical standards, regulations and industry best practices.
Ability to engage effectively with clients, contractors and multidisciplinary stakeholders.
