Electrical Design EngineerBristol location (hybrid working)£35,000 - £43,000 plus 7.5% bonus and benefitsMonday to Friday - 1pm finish on Fridays A number of Electrical Design Engineer is wanted on a permanent basis by a global client of ours who are at the forefront of their industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for the execution of design solutions within a multi discipline engineering team. This is a permanent opportunity that includes a base salary of up to £43,000 plus bonus and benefits. Overview of the Electrical Design Engineer role:

• Meet the Engineering Specification targets and ensure conformance to the relevant international, national and industry design safety standards.
• Verify that the designs conform to the relevant design standards by calculation and/or testing as appropriate.
• Select and introduce suitable components to satisfy international legislation and customer expectations.

Key skills and qualifications required for the role:

• Possess a good electrically biased Engineering Degree or other relevant engineering qualification with post-qualification years industry experience.
• Have experience in 2D CAD skills (AutoCAD Electrical, and/or other drafting tools), whilst any 3D CAD skills would also be highly advantageous.
• Previous experience in basic Electrical fault finding alongside experience in a product design/development capacity.
