At Apleona, we are always on the lookout for talented and dynamic individuals to join our team.
To support growth and expansion we are currently recruiting for an EHS Specialist to join our team in Dublin 15.
Working pattern: Monday to Thursday 08 30, Friday 08 30.
Main duties and responsibilities- Develop, implement, and continuously enhance our EHS programs, as well as those of our client, to ensure full compliance with Irish regulations and client policy requirements.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessment and hazard analyses across various operational areas to identify potential EHS risks and recommend effective mitigation strategies.
- Implement a robust contractor management process to ensure compliance with company and client requirements.
- Lead and deliver safety training sessions to employees, our client and our contractors to ensure awareness and adherence to EHS standards.
- Perform regular audits and inspections of our operations and those of our contractors to ensure compliance with EHS legislation, policies and procedures.
- Review contractor documentation to ensure compliance with EHS requirements and standards.
- Maintain electronic systems to monitor EHS incidents, near misses and accidents. Conduct thorough investigations and develop corrective and preventive action plans as necessary.
