Environmental Health & Safety Manager About Your New Employer 
- Permanent job based in Galway four days a week with one day a week travel to their other site.

- As the Environmental Health & Safety Manager, you will oversee and continuously develop the company's EHS management systems, ensuring alignment with all applicable health, safety, environmental, and waste-management regulations.
- You will champion a positive safety culture throughout operational sites and business units, driving engagement and proactive risk mitigation.
- Your responsibilities will include leading investigations into incidents, implementing corrective measures, and integrating industry best practices.
- You will manage environmental compliance across waste collection, processing, and recycling operations, aiding sustainability objectives and ensuring all regulatory requirements are met.
- In this role, you will serve as the EHS authority, offering expert guidance and support to management, operational teams, and other stakeholders.
- Minimum two years of experience in an EHS role.
- Proven experience in Environmental Health & Safety management within regulated industries.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 standards and EHS legislation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in conducting audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and EHS training.
- Ability to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
