EHS Manager - Logistics 6-month fixed term contract £40,000 North-East, SpennymoorHealth & Safety professional required to join a hugely recognisable manufacturing & logistics business based in the North East.This is a business with global reach, a stellar reputation & a world-class set of products available on the market.Your tasks will include managing the distribution centre's EHS agenda including risk assessments, near-miss reporting, providing specialist advice on EHS subject matter and driving excellent training & awareness.The role will focus on the site's distribution centre, rather than the manufacturing unit.What's on offer?

• Salary circa £40,000
• 1 day per week working from home
• 25 days holiday (pro-rata)
• Monday to Friday hours

What will you need?

• Experience in Health & Safety or EHS/SHE/QHSE within logistics
• Ability to take on a primarily 6-month fixed term contract
• Charismatic approach to leading the EHS agenda
