Are you an experienced environmental professional with a passion for delivering impactful change?

We'd like you to join our growing Environmental Management, H&S, Climate Resilience, Due Diligence and Responsible Investment team.

By joining our dynamic team, you'll help provide our growing range of clients with new tools, analysis and strategic advice to enable them to identify, manage and act on the environmental and health and safety risks relating to their business.

Play a frontline role in EHS Management & Compliance on Waterman's EHS management product - Greenspace (). Help clients navigate EHS legal obligations and targets and be part of our innovative tool, Climate Space.

This exciting role offers great opportunity for growth and career development. Waterman has set out a strong ambition to be leaders in providing a comprehensive suite of products and services that promote the opportunities and navigate the complexities of EHS Management, Climate Change and Responsible Investment.

You will be a key player in the success of the business unit as well as being able to develop your own expertise further. The role can be based in London but we offer flexible working arrangements at any of our offices.

Day-to-day activities and your role in shaping our future:

  • Support our clients ensure EHS Compliance with your sound knowledge of UK legislation.
  • Preparation of Environmental Management Documentation on our Greenspace platform: Legal Registers, Risk Registers, Compliance Audits and Improvement Plans.
  • Prepare photo-illustrated reports, presentations or other outputs as needed for projects and business development.
  • Project management of International Subcontractors to support overseas Legal Registers.
  • Work with the team to support Environmental Management Systems and Due Diligence projects when required.
  • Work collaboratively with the team's Regional and Technical Directors to respond to and further develop opportunities related to Environmental Management.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • A University Degree in a relevant discipline - such as environmental science or engineering.
  • Good working knowledge of EHS legislation, guidance and standards
  • Health & Safety Experience (Ideally NEBOSH qualified)
  • Significant experience (ideally three plus years ) working in a range of industrial and commercial sectors.
