EHCP Caseworker / Plan Coordinator

Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, based in South Yorkshire, is looking for a Plan Coordinator to support children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

Position: EHCP Caseworker / Plan Coordinator

Rate: £250 per day

Contract Duration: Ongoing / Temporary

Purpose: Manage and deliver SEND processes, ensuring Education, Health and Care Plans are completed and reviewed.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate EHCP processes across a caseload
• Ensure compliance with SEND legislation and Code of Practice
• Work with families, schools, and professionals to co-produce plans
• Prepare reports and casework for panels, tribunals, and reviews
• Monitor performance and support service improvements

Job Requirements:

• Experience working within SEND services
• Knowledge of SEND legislation and Code of Practice
• Experience working with families and multi-agency partners
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage caseloads and meet deadlines
• Enhanced DBS required
