EHC Coordinator - Hybrid Local Government Role

Southend-on-Sea City Council is seeking an EHC coordinator to join either the assessment or casework teams on a full-time, fixed-term contract until 31st March 2027. The role is hybrid, with two days per week in the office or attending meetings around the city.

You will manage caseloads for EHC assessments or plans, following statutory processes and liaising with families, schools and managers to support decisions and outcomes.
