We are seeking a confident, enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisor to join our dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting students' learning by supervising classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff., As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the classroom, ensuring students remain engaged in their learning and maintaining a positive and productive learning environment. You will deliver pre-prepared lesson materials, support students in completing set work, and uphold the school's behaviour and safeguarding expectations.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong classroom management abilities, and the confidence to work with students across a range of subjects and year groups.

Salary: NJC Scale 5, points 12 to 17 (£28,598 to £31,022 per annum FTE). Actual salary £22,641.49 per annum on point 12 based on 30 hours per week.
Contract: Permanent, 30 hours per week - Monday to Friday 08.30 to 15.05 with a 35 minute unpaid break. Term time plus 5 training days (39 weeks per year). Part time hours in a job share will also be considered
