Education HR Partner - Hybrid, Flexible Hours

River Learning Trust in Oxfordshire seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to deliver a timely and professional HR service across a group of schools. You will work with the HR Director, Senior HRBP, two HRBPs and HR Officers, and support trust-wide objectives under the People Strategy.

The role is hybrid with one day per week at the central HR team office and remaining time visiting schools or working from home.
