Education HR Officer - Safeguarding & Onboarding

The Basildon Academies are seeking a Human Resources Officer to support both sites and help ensure efficient HR administration. The role is based at the Upper Academy with 37 hours per week and band 4FTE pay. The starting salary is £27,938 with performance-based increments.

You will maintain employee records in the HR MIS system (EDUPAY), support employee relations, and ensure timely contract documents and recruitment processes while upholding Safer Recruitment policies.
