Job Description
Sellick Partnership in Hereford is seeking an HR Advisor (Permanent) to provide high-quality HR advice to schools, academies and education clients. The role involves complex employee relations casework, TUPE considerations, and policy development, with a hybrid work setup including office, remote, and client-site visits.
The ideal candidate will have strong UK employment law knowledge within schools, experience handling hearings and complex ER cases, and be fully CIPD qualified or equivalent
