Education & Training Logistics Intern (Hybrid)

Position Summary

The Education Intern will support the Field Sales & HQ Education Team in delivering impactful training experiences across the UK & EU, focusing on logistics coordination, stock and training kit management, and digital education support.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage ordering and shipment of training kits, gratis items, and GWPs to Sales & Education Executives, retail partners, production agencies, and Beauty Advisors across the UK & EU ahead of product launches and education events/webinars. Ensure timely delivery of training materials, uniforms, and tools.
• Support large scale trainings in the UK/EU, maintaining an organized and well stocked Education cupboard to ensure supplies (products, merch, tools) are readily available for all events.
• Arrange travel and accommodation for the Education HQ team, beauty advisors, and other special requests, aligning logistics with event timelines and budgets.
• Oversee the translation process for all digital education materials, collaborating to distribute translated content in line with local market needs with the support of Sales & Education Executives.
• Support the development of eLearning modules.
• Ensure employee information is updated and manage onboarding and offboarding of new starters on the platform.
• Analyse engagement and performance data from eLearning modules and share findings with relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Passionate about beauty and training.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset.
• Proactive, solutions focused, and eager to learn.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast paced environment.
• Fluent in English; additional EU languages are a bonus.
