An overview of the journal:Reinvention fosters an inclusive community where differences of culture and identity are celebrated, welcomed and respected.
Dedicated to the publication of high quality student research, Reinvention is an established and respected academic journal, published twice a year in April and October since 2007, with occasional special issues. It is free to read online and completely open access.
The journal welcomes research papers and critical reflections on any subject, researched and written by students independently or collaboratively with academics from any higher education institute across the world. On submission all papers undergo a rigorous peer review process, starting with the editorial desk review and, if accepted, are reviewed by academic reviewers.

The editor must be comfortable managing a small team of assistant editors at the University of Warwick and in partner institutions. The role schedules and chairs Editorial Board meetings, maintains oversight of all submitted papers by tracking progress, and represents the journal generally through answering queries and managing outreach. The editor will also make final decisions on acceptance and publication.

Training will be provided as part of the role. The editor will require their own laptop to work remotely.
