Team Structure

Our eDisclosure team has a global scope, with a remit to provide consultative and technical expertise in the delivery of eDisclosure services to our lawyers and clients.

Main Responsibilities
  • Responsible for taking ownership and managing eDisclosure projects including litigation and arbitration matters, data subject access requests, statutory, regulatory, and corporate investigations.
  • Drive the use and understanding of eDisclosure technology and services across the business.
  • Deliver eDisclosure services to a high standard, following best industry practices, internal eDisclosure processes and working within agreed timeframes and cost budgets.
  • Deliver technical and consultancy services to legal teams and clients, working through the various stages of the eDisclosure process as set out in the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) including identification, preservation, collection, processing, analysis, review and production with the application of relevant court rules and practice directions.
  • Be consistent in delivering clear and proactive communications to lawyers and clients.
  • Develop an understanding of eDisclosure best practices and processes and provide consultative advice to stakeholders.
  • Be proactive in engaging with the legal teams and clients on scoping the project and recommending appropriate workflows.
  • Take full ownership of managing projects, from the initial scope through to trial.
  • Take initiative on troubleshooting issues and provide continued communication throughout the process of identifying a solution.
  • Work with the wider innovation team to help identify potential solutions.
  • Ensure reports, trackers and other documentations on a project are maintained.
  • Provide technical training and support on all phases of a disclosure exercise.
  • Identify areas for improvements, provide feedback to the Senior eDisclosure Manager.
  • To support the development and implementation of eDisclosure services across the firm, working alongside the Senior eDisclosure Manager.
  • To support the growth and development of the eDisclosure business and in-house eDisclosure team.
  • Build relationships with and instruct external eDisclosure suppliers.

General responsibilities

  • To deliver high quality eDisclosure services to our clients and lawyers through technology, consultancy and training.
  • To promote eDisclosure services globally across all our offices and support the expansion of the eDisclosure business and in-house team.
  • To develop strong working relationships with the lawyers, clients and eDisclosure suppliers.
  • To identify areas of improvement, trouble shoot issues and provide solutions.

The ideal candidate is likely to be an experienced eDisclosure Project Manager with hands-on experience managing eDisclosure projects of varying sizes.

Essential

  • An experienced eDisclosure Project Manager from either a law firm or eDisclosure vendor environment.
  • Experience in using Relativity is a must.
  • Understand and have the ability to implement the use of technology assisted reviews (TAR), email threading and near-duplication functions on projects.
  • A strong technical understanding of eDisclosure and litigation support.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge, understanding and application of the EDRM.
  • Evidence of delivering eDisclosure projects, document reviews and productions.
  • Proven analytical abilities to troubleshoot issues and recommend solutions.
  • Strong desire to continue to develop technical skills as required by the role.
  • Work collaboratively within a team and independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to convey technical information in a simple to understand language to our clients and lawyers.

Highly desirable

  • Training and experience of the following:
  • RCA, Nuix or Brainspace Certification.
  • Prince 2 or similar training.
  • Understanding of various document review platforms.
  • Experience of working in a law firm.
  • Experience of working on eDisclosure projects.
  • Experience of providing eDisclosure training to others.
