Job Description

You're our eCommerce Success Manager. You'll drive client success by aligning the execution of their eCommerce strategy with their business goals. Reporting to the Head of Client Success, you'll coordinate internal teams, optimise website performance, and implement marketing strategies to enhance usability and growth. Your role involves monitoring performance, supporting clients, proactively resolving challenges, and identifying upsell opportunities to drive revenue. Organised and results-driven, you'll ensure strong client engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

  • Experienced - Track record of success in a similar role or in-house marketing role (this would suit eCommerce managers/online trading managers/digital merchandisers)

  • Knowledgeable - High degree of knowledge, insight and understanding of eCommerce

  • Confident communicator - Capable of having engaging conversations with senior stakeholders

  • Commercially minded - Able to identify upsell and cross sell opportunities

  • Organised - Effective at managing and prioritising own workload

  • Driven - Determined to be learn, develop and be successful in your role

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate internal teams

  • Collaborate with specialists

  • Advocate directly for your clients' to hold internal partners & vendors to account for effective high quality service delivery

  • Monitor performance

  • Support clients with training and ongoing website operations

  • Proactively address issues to ensure engagement and success

  • Demonstrate eCommerce success to internal and external stakeholders through pre-agreed KPIs
